The first thing everyone always asks us is, what's with the swole cats?

Shadow, a fluffy old cat living in our old college town apartment was the muse for our namesake! He was a great addition to our team and still keeps us company to this day.

Enough about cats though, here is our story. 

The Beginning:

Our founder, a lifelong, dedicated athlete, faced a series of devastating injuries that could have ended any athlete's career. Competing at the highest collegiate levels at two different universities, the dream was big, but the challenges turned out to be even bigger. Each injury not only tested physical limits but also mental and emotional resilience. It was during this long period of recovery and reflection that the world of supplements opened its doors.

Turning Point: Discovery and Recovery

Frustrated by the random supplement companies that didn't meet his standards or NCAA policy, our founder delved into the nutritional science that could possibly turn the tide for athletic careers marred by injuries. Collaborating with world-class nutritionists, who had honed their expertise shaping UFC world champions, a comprehensive understanding of what the body needs to perform and recover was developed.
